Regarding Japan

I need to state to all my friends in Japan, Japanese friends and to the whole of the Japanese people that our thoughts are with you during this tragic time. I love Japan, it's a wonderful country full of wonderful people and it pains me to watch this unfold from afar. Also, if you haven't already, please let us know you are alright.
