I have taken a length of rope and tied some knots in it. She's enjoying that, but mostly she wants to chew on my feet. There are some more Lucy pictures coming in the near future.
I CAN bring her back to the states, but I wonder about the moral implications of that. Aside from the nationalization test and swearing-in ceremony, here she'll have a farm and other animals to play with. I don't know if turning her from a semi - wild country dog to a fenced-in US house dog is worse than the feeling of abandonment she may feel if we leave her here. This is another reason why I would like to live somewhere where I can have a lot of land.
We'll have to see how her personality evolves along with our situation.

Lucy is really cute, do you have toys for her? I bet she would love some tennis balls. Pete, can you bring her home when you return to the States?
